This tool provides math practice subtracting single digits from numbers 10 through 18. The number subtracted is larger than the ones place in the number subtracted from in preparation for grouping and borrowing.
Type the right answer and the word "Correct!" displays. Press the reset button
on the bottom left, click on the subtraction problem, or press the ENTER or RETURN key to set a new math subtraction problem.
Use the Backspace button to erase an answer. Move the pointer over the ? for help.
To keep score, click the yellow check mark! Click up and down by the #10 to set the number of problems to score. After you've answered a problem, reset it. When you reset the problem, the left counter increments for a correct answer; the right for each math problem you attempt. "Correct!" does not appear when in score keeping mode. If the answer is wrong, the correct one will display on reset. A score will be shown when the selected number of math problems is completed.
Spinning math symbols means waiting on the server - if it goes too long, press the reset button to try again.
